• Since first leasing office space in Downtown Bryan, we have heard over and over from long-time tenants how much they enjoy being able to walk to lunch or dinner, rather than climbing in the car to drive to lunch, which is often the case if an office is located in a suburban office building.
   

PROVIDING MEALS FOR YOUR DISASTER RECOVERY TEAM IS EASY

• Historically, most Downtown food and drink establishments remain open during foul weather events in the Houston-area. They may briefly close (1-day) if Bryan-College Station is under a storm related high-wind warning, but typically most keep their normal schedule.
• During recent hurricanes, the few nearby establishments that closed based on weather warnings reopened the same or following day.
• Our Disaster Recovery customers have largely ceased catering meals during a storm activation, preferring instead to allow team members to walk to restaurants or to order from nearby restaurants.
