HISTORY: The Varisco Building was developed in 1948 by notable Brazos County agriculturalist and developer Biagio 'Brazos' Varisco.  The Late-Deco style Varisco Building is an architecturally unique 7-story office building in Bryan's Historic Downtown Cultural District, walking distance from Downtown's 20+ restaurants & bars. For more than a decade, The Varisco has been home to local companies, start-ups, tech companies, and even divisions of Fortune 500 companies.
